Examining Organizational Communication in Terms of Relationships Between Organizational Dissent, Perceived Organizational Power Distance and Psychological Capital

Objectives: Employees' job satisfaction and organizational commitment is very important for the steady growth development of an organization. Today, with increase in competitive environment, attempts organizations to understand how ensure this stability have also increased. Also, it seen that high psychological capital employees their dissent behavior performance, while power distance both reduces performance constitutes obstacle exhibiting behavior. It known one most factors contributing employees’ expression problems arise functioning organization dissatisfaction. There are many individual, relational affect dissent, which expresses ability express views openly. One individual level employees, perceived distance. The concept individual's awareness who he his cognitive capacity. Positive has defined as a new movement goes beyond economic capital, refers what we have, human know, social are.
